Don't save us from the flames.

Here is another M83 album. Before the Dawn Heals Us is M83's third studio album, and unlike Saturdays = Youth (the other album of theirs I posted and that you should download now if you haven't already) this one has a little less shoegaze bits, and more ambient electronic soundscapes. But the big sounding shoegazey songs are still present, just a little less. I'm always at odds with which album I prefer, so I thought it would be fitting to post this one as well.

M83 is quickly becoming one of my favorite artists of all time. After seeing them play an outstanding, intimate set here in Phoenix, and upon hearing their newest (6th) album Hurry Up, We're Dreaming, they have definitely entered top 10 status. And I will be seeing them again at this years Coachella Music and Arts Festival, along with a bunch of other bands I've already posted (Refused, At the Drive In, Bon Iver, DJ Shadow, etc). If you have not, you should check out M83's newest album, it's fantastic. 22 songs, and yet it doesn't get old. People say that one day it could be on par with Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness, The White Album, and even Loveless. I am not going to post it here, but you should be able to find it, or buy it. They deserve it. Excellent set of musicians.
